Happy New Year to everyone!  I hope you had a restful and enjoyable break.  It is lovely to see everyone back in school ready for our busy Spring Term.  

Diary dates for this term are going home today – please do look through.  

More dates will be added as the term progresses and we will give you as much notice as possible if any have to change.  I thought it may be useful to have all the class assembly dates together so here they are (all at 10am):

School faith-life

We continue with our new Caritas theme begun in House Worship last week.  Collective Worship next week will be led by C4 – the Baptism of Jesus.

Closing date – primary places 2019

The closing date for primary places for children starting in Sept 2019 is next week – Tuesday 15th January.

Term dates 2019-20

Term dates for the next academic year are going home today.  Please note that leave during term-time cannot be authorised for family holidays.


Beehive staff would be grateful for donations of old board games, small world play or role play toys.  Please contact Miss Cameron.

Dinner money etc

Please remember that dinner money etc should be sent into school on Mondays only.  Please send with your child in an envelope clearly labelled.

Infant Nativity and KS2 Christmas Concert

Thank you very much to everyone who attended our Christmas concerts last term.  We have received very positive feedback and tickets sales raised £350 for school funds which is much appreciated.  Thank you again for all your support, we are sure events this year will be just as good.
