CAFOD – Brighten Up
On Friday we launched our collection for CAFOD’s 2019 Harvest Appeal. Their ‘Brighten Up’ campaign encourages us to help build a brighter world for poor communities around the world.
We are raising money to help install solar pumps in countries like Uganda so that people can access clean water. Throughout October, please send in small change if you would like to help us support CAFOD’s work.
Our Harvest Collection is Friday 18th October. As usual, we are supporting Safenet womens’ refuge and our local foodbank. Any tins, packets, toiletries etc will be very gratefully received.

Family and friends of children in Class 8 are invited to school on Friday 18th at 10am when they present their assembly. We look forward to seeing everyone.

Tickets are on sale now for our disco on Wednesday 30th October, 5-6.30pm. We have 100 available (first come, first served) £1.50 each. This year the tuck shop will be back, due to popular demand.
Parents and carers are asked not to stay, in order to create more room.
