Year of the Word
This week we have been looking at Jesus’ journey during the forty days that he spent in the desert. We have focused on how he stayed strong in the face of adversity, and how this was because of his faith in the Lord.
During Lent, we are encouraged to pray more, to listen more, to be more kind – remembering the purpose of our Lenten journey, and to bring us closer to Christ.
Matthew’s Gospel are continuing to go home daily during Lent. We do hope that you have chance to discuss the Year of the Word and the Lenten Journey with your child at home.
