Reading Challenge
I’m delighted to tell you that two-thirds of children at school now have their bronze certificate and badge! In addition, 50 children have reached silver, 4 gold and 2 platinum. This week we have the following winners:

Events next week
There are a range of events taking place in school next week. On Monday, firefighters will be in school to present safety talks to children in Yr2, 3 and 6. On Thursday, children in Yr5 & 6 are visiting the cinema. On Friday, all children will take part in online activities for World Youth Day. In addition, we have:
Anti-bullying Week
Next week we take part in the national campaign led by the Anti-Bullying Alliance. This year’s theme is One Kind Word. Please can everyone wear odd socks on Monday to draw attention to the campaign.

Mrs Halliwell is baking Pudsey biscuits for us all to enjoy on Friday. These will be on sale in each class on Friday for 30p.
